Fitting Aladdin Autovents helps by automatically eliminating gas and air from radiators which increases the efficiency of central heating systems from two perspectives:
· Fitting Autovents extends the life of system components: Autovents automatically purge air and gasses from radiators which reduces corrosion and sludge, which extends the life of system components such as pumps and automatic valves
Technical
The valves are fitted to the radiator instead of the manual bleed vent. They are fully automatic, requiring no manual adjustment and will not leak.
The superior Aladdin Autovent valve range all incorporate:
· a ‘positive dual-seal’ mechanism (patent pending) and
· a back-up system (patent pending)
which together both eliminate leaks and extend the working life of the valve.
At higher temperatures and pressures the vent cycle is faster. At 1 bar of pressure:

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The Aladdin Autovent PV01 is a new fully automatic air purge radiator valve made with a high performance plastics body suitable for all heating systems. This valve has all the proven performance features of the established, chromed-brass Aladdin HV30 valve, but is designed as a lower-priced product for use where aesthetics are less important, such as for mass market panel radiators. The PV01 Autovent is available in white, or optionally with a chromed over-cap to match chrome towel rails and radiators, with or without a matching blanking plug.

1. Aladdin PV01 has a high performance white plastics body which incorporates a brass canister containing the patented Hygroseal™ operating mechanism.
2. Fully automatic air purge radiator valve for standard ½”BSP threaded radiators. Fit and forget Technology.
3. PV01 Autovent valves are guaranteed to operate for 5 years, and the valve is closed at its end of life: so it does not leak.
4. The PV01 can operate at any angle, and is designed to fit both panel and towel radiators.
5. It has an optional chromed snap-on cap available for aesthetically matching chromed radiators, and an optional matching low-price blanking plug.
