NLB Engineering is a UK company based in Matching Green, Essex, owned by the family and friends of the inventor of Aladdin Autovents supported by a few private investors.  

NLB has a  China-based manufacturing partner, which is  a family-owned Anglo-Sino business, with the manufacturing managed and quality controlled by two ex-army Brits.  Members of the family that owns our Chinese manufacturing partner have shareholdings in NLB.

This year we are seeking new markets for our products, and are now selling direct to a number of UK and European radiator manufacturers.  Now that we have the production capacity necessary in China, we are systematically offering our products across the UK and Europe.  Current capacity is many hundreds of thousands of valves/year. 

NLB invents, designs, manufactures and markets innovative products for the plumbing industry.  Its first commercial inventions have been the two ranges of de-aeration valves for radiators which it markets under the tradename, Aladdin Autovents.

Since 2004 we’ve been selling our valves primarily in the UK.  Our second range was launched in 2007 in the UK trade and retail markets and is sold at B&Q, Plumbase, Focus and many independent plumbers’ merchants.
